Our Journey
Kale group of industries, commenced its activities in 1996 with a powder surface coating division, in the name of Elegant Coatings Pvt. Ltd. Our Journey since then has been one of constant growth, development and diversification into other products and services in our offerings portfolio. With our consistent pricing, high quality standards and just in time deliveries, we are now operating from 11 locations pan India.
1996
Kale group was incorporated by the name of Elegant Coatings Pvt. Ltd, with a small powder coating plant at D16, Waluj, Aurangabad.
1998
With backward integration, a press shop was set up at E37, Waluj as a value added service. Concealed metal boxes were developed and supply started to Legrand.
1999
Alpit Metal Works was established at E70, Waluj for manufacturing small accessory products for Videocon Appliances.
2005
Kale group ventured into a new product vertical - Roll Bond Evaporators, with the establishment of Clad Metal India Pvt Ltd., at F14 Waluj, Aurangabad.
2009
With rising customer trust and new customer addition, Clad Metal was also expanded to F13 Waluj, Aurangabad. This expansion doubled our roll bond evaporator capacity.
2013
With ever increasing customer trust, a new powder coating plant was set up at F14, Waluj, Aurangabad
2014
In order to provide just in time service to our customer, Elegant Coatings Pvt. Ltd, (Farola) was set up at Farola, Aurangabad. It was our first such expansion dedicated solely for providing just in time and direct on line service for our Videocon.
2015
A K Engineering was set up in Ranjangaon, Pune as an extended service point for all customers in Ranjangaon MIDC, namely, Haier, Whirlpool and LG.
Clad Metal India Pvt. Ltd. - Faridabad location activities started for Just in time service to Whirlpool Appliances (Faridabad).
2016
A new product - Fin Evaporators was added in our basket, with supplies to Samsung Electronics, Chennai. A dedicated manufacturing plant was set up at H32, Waluj, Aurangabad.
2017
Clad Metal India Pvt. Ltd. - Shirwal location activities started for Just in time service to Godrej Appliances (Shirwal).
2018
Clad Metal India Pvt. Ltd. - Mohali location activities started for Just in time service to Godrej Appliances (Mohali).
2019
An advanced Powder coating shop was set up at A K Engineering, Ranjangaon for supply of Powder coated Air conditioner press parts to Haier Appliances and Godrej Appliances.
January 2021
Clad Metal India Pvt. Ltd. - Noida location activities started for Just n time service to Haier Appliances.
April 2022
Decision to venture into complete product manufacturing - Air conditioner
December 2022
NABL accredited 5T Psychometric lab installed for Air conditioner testing and rating. Condenser coil ship and Assembly line installed simultaneously.
