Roles & Responsibilities

1.       Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.

2.       Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.

3.       Prepare and analyse financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the Finance Manager.

4.       Maintain record of Payment received from Customers

5.       Customers Reconciliation

6.       Creditors & Debtors Reconciliation

7.       Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of information.

8.       Provide support during audits and tax preparation.

9.       Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.

10.    Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager


Requirements & Skills

1.       Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred

2.       4-5 years of experience in a similar role

3.       Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency with accounting software

4.       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

5.       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6.       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7.       Attention to detail and accuracy

8.       Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
