New Product Development Jr. Engineer

Roles & Responsibility

1.       To maintain history of new product.

2.       To check process capability for new product.

3.       To check production feasibility for new product.

4.       To maintain control plan for prelaunch of product.

5.       Conduct PFMEA for new product for process.

6.       Responsible for Product Design.( Auto Cad & CREIO)

7.       Hand over all documents along with new product approval report.

8.       To maintain PPAP documents along with control copy of drawing.

Requirements & Skills

1.       1-2 years’ experience in product development.

2.       Industry-specific product experience may be advantageous.

3.       Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control protocols.

4.       Experience with 3D modeling software and report writing programs.

5.       Strong communication and teamwork skills.

6.       Good verbal and written communication skills.

7.       Technical computer Skills i.e., AutoCAD. CREIO

8.       Good in computer skills i.e., MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

9.       Team worker, Positive attitude; willingness to learn and flexibility.
